Meet the Framer
Meet artist, designer and framer Miranda Roth Kirchmeyer. Intuitive, creative and friendly, Miranda will gladly take the time to meet with you and find the perfect solution for your framing needs.
Quality framing starts with excellent design. To us, the details matter. Color, line, texture and space are all important elements in frame design. From simple to ornate, every design is tailored to best showcase your piece in the style you will love!
We offer a wide variety of hand-selected wood moulding:
Hardwoods • Genuine Wood Veneers • Carved • Gilded • Painted • Traditional • Ornate • Modern • Urban • Rustic • Barn Wood • USA Made • Italian Made • Shadowbox • Photo Frames and More!
For an authentic Arts and Crafts style, we offer custom quarter-sawn oak, cherry and maple frames that are handcrafted by local artisans.
Mat Cutting & Decoration:
Matting creates space for artwork to exist within the frame. It's a way to incorporate color, texture and depth. We specialize in precision hand-cut mats and detailed design and we use conservation-grade mat boards.
We use the appropriate mounting method for each item being framed.
Hinged and Float Mounting • Photo and Document Encapsulation • Needlework Blocking • Canvas Stretching • Shadowbox Mounting • Vacuum Mounting • Laminated Plak Mounts
Glazing protects artwork from the elements. Our Conservation Glass keeps your artwork safe from harmful light damage and Museum Glass offers amazing clarity.
Clear Picture Glass • Reflection Control Glass • Conservation Glass • Museum Glass • Acrylic • Mirrors
Combining all the elements of the framing process takes time, precision and skill. Fitting involves the assembly of all frame components–moulding, glazing, artwork, backing and all the proper hardware to fit and hang the finished piece.
Repairs & Upgrades:
Minor Frame Repair • Glass Replacement • Adding New Hardware • Re-Matting or Mounting Artwork • Cleaning and Re-fitting
